Miesiąc temu bardziej niż matę cisnąłem przegotowanie motoryczne i siłowe z @maciej.niesyn co przełożyło się mega na sile ale tez na 100kg mięsa. Teraz wróciłem już do swojej wagi, w której czuje się idealnie -93kg. Pozdrawiam wszystkie kluby, w których trenuje w tych ciężkich czasach! Od dziś #jebacmelanz #sportplus
